Yesterday (April 10) Jeneanne Crawford from Caltrans told me that their landscaping contractor was on site clearing debris from the ROW. I drove the perimeter and saw no crews. The only crew I saw was clearing trees at Seton, which is NOT related to the ROW. If anyone has a sighting of a crew on the ROW, please let us all know.
