Update 1. We have contacted local and State Elected officials, many of who were already aware of the fire danger posed by the ROW.

Update 2. The MWSD has contacted Caltrans and reiterated their interest in acquiring and clearing the ROW.

Update 3. Green Foothills has endorsed the ROW transfer to the MWSD.

Update 4. RAMMB does not have an official position on the MWSD takeover. We want the ROW cleared ASAP, whether the State or MWSD does that.
