At the Wednesday, December 17, meeting of the Coastside Fire Protection District (CFPD) RAMMB will be making a presentation requesting the CFPD to declare the ROW to be a Fire Nuisance. RAMMB believes such a declaration grants the CFPD the legal authority to require Caltrans to mitigate the fire hazard posed by the ROW. At this time, we do not know when on the agenda we will speak, but here is a link to the agenda. [It may be item 7D]
