Per Larry: It is quite encouraging. However, all the discussions on sensitive habitats are worrisome. We have repeatedly asked Caltrans to tell us how much sensitive habitat there is and where it is, so we can independently verify it. Nevertheless, we only started RAMMB in February 2025, and thanks to all the help from the community, we have achieved quite a lot. This is not the end of the fight, but the beginning of the victory!
